A:Answer I am the OP of this question. The last answer claims this is an Android One compatible device. However in my most recent post I stated if you see the Software Variant "google_fi" it should be Android One compatible. But now I'm not sure. This phone MAY have Google Fi compatible radios and firmware, but it may NOT be supported with timely updates from Google and the Android One program. If that's the case you're depending on Motorola (Lenovo) for updates. I dunno... Best Buy NEEDS to sort this out.

Who is Jess? How do we know he/she is actually an authorized Motorola Customer Care employee? Again - Best Buy, get this thread under control with FACTS. Then when you know what's true, modify your For Sale page to reflect the facts.
