• Yeah I have one and the charger included is turbo, quick charge 2.0. You can buy additional quick charge 2.0 certified chargers, battery packs and don't have to use motorolas.

• Yes, the cord that comes with the phone is a turbo charger. When the battery is at 5%, plugged to the cord it comes with, the phone will be 100% charged within an hour. It's awesome!
