“Can this phone be unlocked during the verizon monthly plan or any plan or no?”

• All Verizon phones are sold as unlocked. You can put an AT&T or T-Mobile sim in there just fine, and it will run off of that network. I don't know about Sprint, though. They don't like to work with anybody it seems.

• It's factory unlocked right out of the box. My friend is using it in TMobile perfectly.
