QuestionThe Best Buy site says I can get this phone for $7.00 monthly for 24 months on device payment. When I go thru to purchase its showing $21.67 monthly for 24 months, so is it avail for $ 7 and if so how do I get that pricing?

- Answer Promotion is over now. Verizon gives $15 back each month making it $7. But you have to wait until the 3rd month for this to happen. Verizon also gives you $30 for the first two months during that month. This continues for the 24 months. If you pay the phone off early, the $15/month stops as soon as you pay it off.

- Answer If one person upgrades and you are with Verizon, everyones plan upgrades. I would suggest switching the flip phones to pre paid, it will be cheaper, and then upgrading.

- Answer I work for AT&T & yes this phone will work on AT&T's network. All you have to do is buy the phone out right & take it to AT&T for a SIM card.

- Answer It can be done either way. You can get it for the $299.00 price with a 2 year contract. But the better way is to buy it with payments, interest free through Verizon. You can pay it off early, and upgrade again anytime.

- Answer I ran into the same problem. I ended up doing my pre-order with the "contract" price and when I went to pick it up in the store, spent an hour with them as they essentially had to undo my pre-order and redo it again with the payment plan. The folks at the store were great, but it was a major pain that the website couldn't deal with the payment plan directly.
