“The Best Buy site says I can get this phone for $7.00 monthly for 24 months on device payment. When I go thru to purchase its showing $21.67 monthly for 24 months, so is it avail for $ 7 and if so how do I get that pricing?”

Promotion is over now. Verizon gives $15 back each month making it $7. But you have to wait until the 3rd month for this to happen. Verizon also gives you $30 for the first two months during that month. This continues for the 24 months. If you pay the phone off early, the $15/month stops as soon as you pay it off.
