• Hi Gonza, this moto z play has LTE bands 4 and 3g 850-900 but it does not support LTE 28. The most important for 4g is band 4, which you'll use in Capital Federal, band 28 isnt so critical if you are on an urban zone. I hope you'll find the perfect Phone for you.

• I have used this phone in Spain & Prague on the Vodafone network. So yes, it should work internationally.
