• Verizon cell phones are ready to use on basically any carrier since they are CDMA and GSM unlocked.

• Hi RinkRat, I'm afraid the device can't be used with other carriers as the device is locked exclusively to Verizon. It is on Verizon's end if they will allow the phone to be unlocked and used with other carriers. -Jess
