- Answer The phone does not have wireless charging. But I think you can buy a mod that will allow it to charge wireless.

- Answer Yes, moto mods are all compatible with the entire Moto Z line. The 5g mod I think requires a future update outside of z3 and z4

- Answer No battery is not removable but it does last long for me, without gaming or video watching, I go about 2 days without charging on phone calls and regular internet searching.

- Answer I got the SuperShields and it fit the phone great and yes the fingerprint reader does work with it on there. I would suggest you redo your fingerprint setup once you put the glass on but mine works just fine now that I have the tempered glass on it.

QuestionThere is an "activate today" option for the phone with cheaper pricing, though the phone wouldn't be delivered for five days. Would I be able to still use my current phone until I actually receive the new device? If so, how long can I wait to activate it?

- Answer Choose the activate today option when you place the order to keep the lower price. It's confusing, but no problem. When in doubt, call the BestBuy. You can activate the device only when you have it delivered. You can still use the old phone until you activate the new one. It's perfectly fine.

- Answer Yes in order to get these deals it would require a 2 year contract. I switched from Verizon prepaid to the post paid contract plan when I purchased this phone. Also took a payment plan.

- Answer Verizon network-locks the phone for 60 days after activation; supposed to be automatic unlock thereafter or can go to a Verizon store and get it unlocked. Understand this is a new policy this year from Verizon, as an "anti-theft" measure. Doesn't make sense to me, but I've heard from multiple sources that the device will be unlocked after 60 days.

- Answer The contract was for 0.91 for the first payment and 0.83 for 23 months; total financed at $20. I used the option to pay off the $20 in full (didn't make sense to keep a small payment outstanding). I don't understand why the offer was structured that way but at $20 + taxes for getting a Moto Z4, the deal was too good to pass up. If you're asking how long the offer is available - understand it's no longer available now, was a special promotion.

- Answer I switched to Verizon two years ago and the price they quoted for the phones and the service was exactly what they said it would be and I've never had to call them dispute a charge I didn't understand or anything extra that shouldn't be there. I can not say the same about the other large carrier and that's why I changed after ten years of service. I've never had a phone that wasn't ready to be replaced or upgraded after two years. My opinion is that they are all made to last about two years. The latest Moto for and existing customer is $10 a month and you end up getting it for a little over half the retail price. The Samsung's are $18-$27 a month depending on the model and you end up paying a little over half the retail on them. We used Best Buy online to upgrade our Verizon phones and there were no hidden fees or anything negative about the transaction and our phones came with sim cards in and ready to go. They walk through transferring everything over and your ready to go.
