• This Modem/router is a DOCSIS3.0 and will only handle up to about 625 MB. You have to get a modem/router that is DOCSIS3.1 for 1 GIG service.

• Docsis 3.0 is designed up to 1Gbps download and 200mbs upload speed. Docsis 3.1 is designed up to 10Gbs download an 1Gbs upload speed. This modem is Docsis 3.0 modem and has a download speed of 1 Gbps.
