“Will this work with my Eufy wireless security cameras the same as my Comcast modem or will I need set up the the wireless camera again from square one”

HI Brian, I don't know the answer to that exactly cause I don't have a security camera. I can tell you I set this up so I used my same network name and password ( directions in the package) I didn't need to reset anything that I already had. The set up was very easy and the unit is really fast. The range is a little better with this than it was with the Comcast unit but still not as far as my really old modem / router went. You know "new and improved" never really is.
