Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s says on the box 200 megabytes per second but that’s if your the only one getting cable service with internet. Everyone that’s hooked up on cable for Internet takes up bandwidth. So when there’s a lot of people on the Internet online lots of bandwidth is eaten up and slows everything down. So, in the real world you’ll get up to around 29 Mb/sec download speeds with this unit. Actually even though that doesn’t sound that fast. It’s actually not that bad. This means you can still download a 32 gig game onto your pc in about 17 minutes. In gaming there’s no hesitation or glitch at that speed. Then it’s down to your MB Ram, chipset and video card speeds. I had AT&T before they only gave you 8 MB/sec for Internet speed. You couldn’t even get online here at that speed. Guess how long that lasted? Not even a day. lol. The fastest internet I’ve seen was Qwest in Colorado. They were already laying fiber optics in the place of cable. My speed 9 years ago was 50 MB/sec. that was what I was paying for back then but they had 100 MB/sec speeds but was expensive. Sorry Spectrum.
