• Yes, it does come with cables however, the size of cable might be more of a concern depending on setup

• You'll need the coaxial cable from your internet service provider for input, and it comes with a phone cable for your landline voice over internet phone along with an ethernet cable for a wired computer connection if you need one. Any other ethernet cables you need for other wired devices will have to be provided by you. No cables obviously are needed for wifi connections.
