A:AnswerWe had a problem also. TV freezing up and our cell phones kept going to LTE. We called the manufacturer and they walked us through bridging it. Had to go online to chat with someone. It seems a little better now. Hopefully this helps you.
A:AnswerI am not sure about this units compatibility with Cox. I know it works seamlessly with Xfinity w/ voice. The local Best Buy groups together the units that work with the local cable providers so its best to go into the store and check what they have.
