- Answer It's not designed for xDSL, it's designed for DOCSIS compliance. Most xDSL providers by default provide a compatible gateway when you sign up for service.

- Answer Yes. I'm currently using the WIFI via my laptop in the study, my Tivo Bolt is accessing the same WIFI, while in the living room, the family is streaming Netflix from the Xfinity Comcast Box. The ORIGINAL WIFI/CABLE MODEM Comcast (Xfinity) SUPPLIED was inferior, and the WIFI was spotty from the study room. Now, I am streaming seamlessly.
  I would recommend:
