Hello, yes you can use purchase an unlocked google nexus 6 at any best buy store that has it in stock ( in inventory ). You can use it in any part of the world as it has all major radios signals ( GSM, CDMA, ) You will just need to get the micro Sim card from your cell phone carrier / provider, install it and turn the phone on. That should be it.

If you live in the US but just want a phone that travels well in Europe, the US version of the Nexus 6 will be just fine. The primary differences are in LTE bands, but basic functions are the same.

You are, of course, welcome to order it via BestBuy.com or pick it up in a Seattle Best Buy store, but please be aware that if you purchase a Nexus from a US site, it will have a US warranty. You may want to consider local options if you can.
