A:AnswerIf you pay full price the phone can be unlocked. Not sure if it comes unlocked or not. If you bought phone and it was listed under a carrier then it will be locked, but you can call and get the unlock code. Example: I bought my phone and it was listed as a phone to be used on the Sprint network and if I had paid the full amount and didn't subsidize the phone I could get an unlock code from Sprint.
