• It comes with a charging/data transfer cable only. You will need to buy an adapter. Plan on spending $15-$30.

• I bought my Razr 2023 new and it came with a charging cable that attached to the phone and the other end was a USB connection. You have to purchase a wall charger/adapter or wireless charger separately. Price varies depending on merchant but the wall chargers are fairly cheap anywhere.
