• Hi Widget, Thank you for your inquiry. You can transfer most of your data from a Samsung S20+ to a Razr Ultra using Google Backup. Contacts, photos, videos, messages, call logs, documents, and many settings will transfer. However, some app data, Samsung-specific apps/data may not transfer. Fingerprint and face unlock data also won’t transfer and must be set up again on the new phone. We suggest checking directly with Best Buy to confirm if they can assist with the transfer. • Use smart switch and all files and folders move easily. Everything except for Samsung specific system files
