• Mine did not. It came with a samsung quick charger that the phone recognizes as Turbo charging.

• Nope. Mine came with a junkie aftermarket wall charger (trickle)

• The item description clearly states that it comes with a charger. Since all the Moto X Pure models were originally shipped with a Turbo charger it seems very unlikely that this item would not be the same.
