Based on the manufacturer specs, the rechargeable NiMH batteries that were included with the radios should last about 9 hours. If you were to use premium Alkaline batteries (3 AA), then you should be able to get 23 hours. I hope that helps!
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Today alone ours (4) of them lasted 7 hours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The radios I purchased the batteries lasted all day and longer. If the charge runs out on the rechargeable battery. You can use regular batteries until you can charge. I love the fact that are water proof.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine last for at least 10 hours nd used
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine last roughly 9hrs of use. We communicate briefly about 10 times a minute as well. standby I have been getting 2 days constantly on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One thing that is mentioned is to charge the battery packs for at least 16 hours before use. If you don't this can affect the life of the batteries. They do take 3 double A's as well. I put in the 3 double A's and they lasted a whole day and still had full battery. If you charged for the recommended time and only had 1.5 hours of battery time, you might have defective batteries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
