• If you bought 3 sets of these, and set them all to the same channel, all the devices will be able to communicate with each other. When one person speaks, they would be heard on the other 5 devices simultaneously.

• You can change the channels, but before you hand them out decide on which channel you will all be using.

• Yes, tune all to the same channel. For more privacy, add a sub channel, and for even more, you can program them only to accept signals from Motorola branded radios. There is also a special pre-tone that can be assigned for different users
