- Answer Hello, Patti! Unfortunately, the Comfort75 doesn't have the split-screen feature, but it does have the scan mode. With this feature on, the monitor will go through all cameras paired every few seconds displaying audio and video of each camera in turn. QuestionI bought this less than a month ago. Last night it turned off by itself and will not power back up. The indicator lights come on and the screen flashes real quick that’s it. It is fully charged and we have tried pressing and holding the pair button.

- Answer Hello Katie, Please know that it is a normal behaviour. It means the parent unit goes into eco mode for the battery to last longer. You can set the screen off time for the Parent Unit after it is in idle mode for a specific time interval (5 mins, 15 mins or 30 mins). You can change it in the menu options. It cannot be used with the Hubble app. You can have access to the free baby tracker app and parenting tips, but not stream the camera.
