QuestionI bought this about a month ago and last night it turned off by itself and will not turn back on. The indicator lights come on but it will not power up. It’s fully charged and we have tried pressing and holding the pair button on the camera.

- Answer Hello, Jonathan! Please note that the Comfort75-2 is a simple wireless baby monitor model and not a WiFi-connected one. Therefore, it's not possible to use such cameras with the Hubble app. However, if you get a WiFi-connected baby monitor model, the app is compatible with Android and iOS devices. QuestionCould you troubleshoot a black screen? Sound works, it isn’t in standby mode.

- Answer Hello Jewel, you could try to hard reset your units. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep.
