Yes. However, the information does not indicate if the light is visible IR or non-visible IR. I SUSPECT the IR on a video monitor, as opposed to the IR on a security monitor/camera, WOULD be visible. There are no external lights on this cam. That is why there must be some light source in the area where you are pointing the cam to pickup images and recordings
