“Fault Finding - MBP 16 I bought your MBP 16 less than a year ago. Initially it was operating well but suddenly the Parent Unit showed on the screen 'NOT LINKED' (and blinking) even though the parent unit and the baby unit was at close proximity. The Link Indicator of the Parent Unit ) showing 'No Link' still continues to flash ;the battery level was ok,but one thing I noticed - was that the 'sound' indication light was 'ON' all the time.The Baby unit's light was on and appears to be operating. There was thus no communication between the Baby and the Parent unit. Please let me know what is the problem with the unit or any way I can have it repaired.”
