• A:Answer Hi Jose, From the information we can find from other retailers the Alienware AW3423DWF is VESA compatible with a 100mm x 100mm. However, we are not sure if that monitor comes with an adapter plate to connect to the standard monitor VESA plates. We would recommend contacting the monitor manufacturer to find out more information about the monitor to see if it requires a VESA adapter.

Q: QuestionWill the up and down feature of this device work with a monitor that is only 4.28 pounds?

• A:Answer Hi Laura, This unit has a minimum weight requirement of 4.4 lbs. Using a monitor that weighs less than that will not be heavy enough to keep the arm in one position. With a 4.28 lbs monitor will most likely slowly rise to the full height of the spring arm.
