How do I set time null

Just press the hour button as necessary followed by the minute for the current time. No tricks but can be messed up inadvertently down the road. Delay start is set by pressing “Brew Later” with one hand while pressing the hour or minute with the other hand. These times will reset if the unit is unplugged.
