Hi, i just use a storebrand filter. It is a round cup but it could possibly take another size filter. I took photo of inside PS I also don’t know if that little filter srea could make a 12 cup pot. It overflows (the grinds) sometimes at 6 cups

The Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker doesn't need filters. It comes with a permanent one. I have no idea of the coffee maker that uses Melitta #4 disposable filters.
