- Answer A reusable permanent filter is not included. I am using paper filters in the small (1-4 cups) size, and they work well.

QuestionHow does the" brew later" work. Every time I set the unit for a brew time later--the time moves and the coffee does not get done. The unit works fine when I use "brew now" So What am I doing wrong?

- Answer You need to set the time on the clock first by using the hour and minute buttons. Then push brew later and use hour and minute buttons again to set the brew time. A yellow light will appear on brew later button when the brew time is set. Have not used this feature on mine yet but when I saw your question I had to try it. I will have coffee waiting for me when I get up in the morning.

- Answer I found one on amazon, quite inexpensive. Too bad it didn't come with the filter. Just make sure it is the 5 cup filter with the flat bottom!
