“I have only had this for 9 months & it stopped working , won’t brew & the warmer just beeps but does not heat up .. I think this should last a lot longer than 9 months”

Just confirming your experience. All of my basic Mr Coffees never broke down. I upgraded to this one and in the first 30 days it did exactly what yours did. I got a replacement from Best Buy. The replacement is at the 45 day mark and still working. Sorry to hear about your experience. I have to admit I wonder if my second one may break down also. I am in a wait and see mode. No suggestions.
