Is the LCD panel IPS or TN? null

I think this model uses the 120Hz 3ms panel, which TN but is a high quality TN panel that is significantly better than the garbage low quality TN panel that MSI uses in the GS63VR-252 you commonly hear about. As far as I can tell, this model is part of MSi's Max-Q lineup, which are currently all have 1080p 120hz TN.
