The MSI GS75 has 3 m.2 slots. Basically 2 in the center together. And then looking at the laptop with lid down bottom open, the third is on the far left or right depending on how the laptop is situated.

Most desktops, including my own Gaming Rig (MSI X570 based), only have 2 usable M.2 slots & I have never seen a laptop with more than 2 M.2 slots, I have an Alienware 13r3, MSI 77S & Asus ROG G15... all have only 2 M.2 slots.
