- Answer You sure can upgrade. My son just put an 800 watt Corsair in. Simple to do. It comes with a 500 watt, which is just barely enough.

Question1. When is the first release date of this product? 2. Is there any separate panel included for replacing this glass panel, for example a normal metal one? 3. Will the glass panel be stable for daily use or during shipping? Thanks!

- Answer 1. The product is first released in October 2019. 2. No separate panel is provided to replace the glass side panel. 3. The glass panel should be fine for daily use, proper care will need to be given to the panel when shipping.

QuestionI bought my msi aegis rs 2 day ago Cpu:i7 9700kf Gpu :rtx 2080s My cpu temp get 100 c deg just when i open internet browser Or anything else always hit 100c degree when gaming or browsing internet its always 100c never get down Any suggestions

QuestionNo instructions came with computer for set up????? Only a C/D but have no idea where a C/D rom is on this? And how do activate WINDOWS 10 ON COMPUTER? Says it comes with it?

- Answer Set up is really easy. Remove the glass panel and take out the packaging foam. Connect the PC to power, Connect monitor to graphics card on PC, connect keyboard and mouse to PC, and then just press the power button in the front to power it on. Windows 10 is already installed and will update automatically with an Internet connection, dont worry at all about using the CD. If you would like further technical assistance, please contact technical support department directly at 888.447.6564 from M to F, 5am to 4am Pacific Standard Time.

QuestionThe item description stated 3 display ports. I just unpacked mine. I only see 1 labeled display port. Anyone else see this. Incidentally, the display port doesn't seem to be working. No signal msg.

- Answer No, this model has 3 displayports and 1 HDMI. Make sure you connect to the graphics card, and NOT the motherboard.
