i turn on the pc but it says no signal on my monitor null

make sure you use the display port or the hdmi port on the graphics card and not in the motherboard. if still there is no signal you should try to exchange it. (you can make sure everything is plugged in, on the motherboard "graphics card" and or other cables)

Perhaps You connected the video cable to the wrong port. The cable must be connected to the video card.
