“When playing certain games, it runs fine for awhile but eventually the fps almost cuts in half. Also in some games the pc goes black for a few seconds and everything shuts off but goes back to normal. Very annoying when it happens, any idea what it is?”

It sounds to me like the video card is being pushed too hard. I would first download and install the latest driver for the RX5600XT. AMD just posted new drivers on 10/25/2021. Adrenalin 21.10.2 Recommended or Adrenalin 21.10.3 Optional. They both work with Windows 10 or 11. Also try reducing the video resolution in the games options settings.
