Please try again later.It may require a bios update... if it has the bios flash button(mine did) you can load the correct bios file onto a USB drive, and make sure to rename it msi.rom . Plug the device in the outer USB slot next to the ps2 port(should be one empty USB between the ps2 and the USB you use) press the bios flash button. There is an led on the motherboard right by the rear io. This light will flash once it comes on solid you should be ready to boot device. If this does not fix it return it for an exchange/refund. I would rather spend 15-20 min than wait another two weeks round trip for return shipping and a new one being sent out.
