A:AnswerI purchased a 16gb corsair set from bestbuy. (Yes mixing ram can be bad) I just made sure that the two dimms that came with the computer were left in original positions, and installed the corsair dimms in the two open slots. Set them both to the rated 3200mhz of the included ram instead of trying to push it to the 3600mhz that the corsair was rated for. Ryzen does some weird things with timings past 3200 anyway so that has been shown to be optimal by several tech reviewers.
A:AnswerThere is only 4 3.0 ports on the back of the motherboard and 2 2.0 ports and most likely 2 more 3.0's on the top IO of the pc case if there is one
A:AnswerAlot of people are saying because there is no switch onthe PSU its being sent out with the wrong PSU, there is actuallly nothing wrong with the stock PSU (Even with no switch on the back) the issue is the CPU needs to be reseated, you need to take of the air cooler (Be careful when doing thisas my cpu came out with the cooler) re-install CPU, clean die, replace thermal paste and re-mount cooler, it will turn right on when you hit the power switch, oh and by the way please unplu when you your doing this.
A:AnswerThere is no power switch on the power supply only on top of the tower it self first one i got was DOA i returned it got a replacement and it worked like a charm seems like there is bad quality control with this specific build with MSI
