• Hello vladittide - the system memory that is included with this desktop is 6000HMz. It is possible that XMP was not enabled when the system was setup, this can be done in the system BIOS. You can get into the system bios by restarting your machine and as soon as the MSI logo appears repeatedly pressing the delete key.
