A:AnswerNot sure if you still need the answer but the answer is yes. Most if not all modern sound cards that connect through HDMI will have audio output as well. Most motherboards should have audio as well. Soundcards are pretty much a thing of the past unless you are doing sometimes of professional work or you are an audiophile.
