• I ran some tests and i'd stick with the 1070 unless you can get a good deal on this card.

• Recommend using userbenchmark.com to compare various choices. Using the site it looks like quality could increase exponentially if you’re playing newer games and effective speeds are nearly 30% faster. I would say this is a significant upgrade from the GTX 1070.

• Absolutely not. This is rated near the 60 series nvidia cards. It’s good at 1080p but the only difference between the two are the ray tracing which is almost unusable in this card.
