• Yes, it is not extremely large. The only concern I would have is the layout of the tower vs the connectors on the board. Usually this just causes things to be more complicated but doesn't prevent anything.

• Yes it does. Mid size towers normally fit mini ATX, micro ATX, or full size ATX motherboards. You may just have to rearrange your standoff screws to the proper areas in order to fit one of these motherboards.

• Yes it should fit in any midsize tower. As I have installed it into five different midsize towers my self.

• Easiest way to tell is check and see if your tower has 7 pci expansion slots on the back, of it does your good as long as your tower isn't a prebuilt proprietary case. If it only has 4 expansion slots then your case will only take micro atx boards or itx.
