However, the general consensus with this board is just how lucky you are and if you get a good draw or not. The best way to guarantee you get a board that will post a ryzen 2k chip is to go to your local store and see if they have it in stock. The box will have a sticker on it like the one shown in the image if you are able to boot without a bios update.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not believe that you will need to update. I purchased the 2600 and it worked with no issue. Otherwise, updating the bios was pretty easy if you need to.
