Will the ryzen 5 3600 and the gtx 1660 s work null

Of course they will work, that's actually a common budget build these days.

According to MSI's website for the motherboard, the Ryzen 5 3600 and 3600X are both supported. I'm using a 1070ti with mine without any problems, so the gtx 1660 shouldn't cause any.
