(Best case scenario is to connect the case fans directly to the power supply and skip pulling the fan power from the board altogether, you only need the cpu fan connected to the board, if you're not water cooling you could use the pump header for another fan but remember it is PWM so the fan will speed up or slow down depending on cpu temperature. All the case fans can run directly from the power supply.)
