This model has a 3070 card which comes with 8GB VRAM. For the other 3000 series cards in other models, the 3060 has 6GB VRAM and the 3080 comes in 8GB and 16GB VRAM variants. Here is MSI's specs page for the 4 variants they are currently offering of the GE66 with 3000 series card. First question, can confirm it has 8Gb VRAM. Second question has some variables but I would guess it would have no issue running 4K @ 60Hz.
