• If you bought it in store I believe there should have been codes on your receipt.. you may need to reach out to customer service if you didn’t get them

• The codes to redeem the games were emailed to me when I purchased my card. Check your junk or spam folder in case. If not, customer service for Best Buy should be able to help.

• Look at the bottom of your Best Buy receipt there's a code printed on it, looks like a game key. Might be printed in the middle too.Should have a link printed as well to where to download the game on the receipt.

• Yes, make sure to check your 'promotions' email folder if your using gmail which has the instructions etc. I'm not sure if you already have that but it took me 2 weeks to realize it was in a folder that my email separated thinking it was a promotion/spam.
