Hello there. Most of the laptops that support 4k have a resolution of 3840 x 2160 (UHD). In this particular case, the laptop only has 1920 x 1080 (FHD). However, Intel graphics controllers (4th generation and newer) support 4K resolutions (4096 x 2160 or 3840 x 2160) with refresh rates up to 60 Hz. To take advantage of this feature, please verify that the video output from the laptop and the video input on the display device (TV or monitor) has a DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 2.0. Thank you for choosing Intel.
