- Answer Hello there. Most of the laptops that support 4k have a resolution of 3840 x 2160 (UHD). In this particular case, the laptop only has 1920 x 1080 (FHD). However, Intel graphics controllers (4th generation and newer) support 4K resolutions (4096 x 2160 or 3840 x 2160) with refresh rates up to 60 Hz. To take advantage of this feature, please verify that the video output from the laptop and the video input on the display device (TV or monitor) has a DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 2.0. - Answer Yes, it just depends on how well you want it to run (depending on graphics settings/FPS). I have been running spec comparisons for about 3 hours now, and this Laptop's Graphics Card and Processor will outperform most (if not all) other laptops in this price range. This machine will have a much shorter average battery life than other laptops though, due to the high-performing hardware.
