• It is the 9th GEN i7-9750H so don't be confused by the GENERATION and the i number. I hope this helps.

• There are various configurations of the GS75 Stealth, some with an i7 and some with an i9. This GS75 STEALTH-242 version in particular has an Intel Core i7-9750H processor.
