• No it does not but it isn't a big deal the screen is fine.

• no, but the screen it has is 1080p at 60hz though, so the graphics processor in this laptop should have absolutely no problem rendering games on this monitor so there should be no need for GSync if you are using the laptops own screen. I did however, get an external g-sync monitor and that has been working through the laptops display port which is nice
